I am going to turn 26 in several weeks from now, And I got thinking about how lucky I was 26 years and all the things i had learned along the way.

Here are 26 things in no particular order:

  • The truth about Prayer: it works and is powerful than we know. God hears our cries and sees the nature of our hearts.
  • Freedom and responsibility always come together. Before we aspire of freedom we must be ready of its responsibilities.
  • Get out of your comfort zone. Take risks but it should always be calculated.
  • Always take pictures of the people you meet and places you visit. You never know if you ever get a chance to do it again.
  • Dress up on your first day at work. It may be awkward but that will give you a great impression. And remember, Eyes will be on you from head to toe.
  • Nothing is permanent in this world. In just a snap Your wealth, health and even people dear to you can be gone
  • True friends will always be there for you regardless of your circumstances.
  • Never underestimate the power of SMILE. It can save you from trouble.
  • Support group is necessary in life. Get involved with people who can enrich your relationship with God and bring out the best of you.
  • Stop worrying too much. It solves nothing.
  • To enjoy life you have to live today because Tomorrow would prove less important than yesterday.
  • Invest more in your body while young. Health is wealth after all.
  • Travel as much as you can. It will open you to many opportunities and help you broaden your understanding of life.
  • We can not undo our past. No matter how hard it takes we need to move on with our lives.
  • Trust yourself. Its the best gift you can give.
  • We only live once. Make it great and meaningful.
  • Never lose your sense of childlike fun and silliness and laugh.
  • Choose to spend your time with people who love you and lift you up. And Build memories and good experience with them
  • Create a list of things to accomplish before the start of the year. It will keep you on track.
  • Wherever you go, you can always find help.
  • You find yourself capable of so much more than you thought possible.
  • Try to ritualize waking up early to get things done. It will help you to be more productive.
  • Watching movie alone wasn’t that bad at all. Try to get a seat in between people. In case the scenes get funnier, you can laugh out loud.
  • Life is a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. Just don’t shit your pants on the big drops
  • Looping in your superior in your email will save your ass at the end of the day.
  • Always be thankful for whatever you have. Even the smallest things.
